We are directly authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) to carry out Second Charge Mortgages and Credit Broking Activity. Our firms reference number is 726360 and is for Commercial 1 Ltd T/A Pure Funding Solutions. The FCA is the independent regulator of financial services in the UK.
We deal directly with the public as well as working closely with other Independent Financial Advisors (IFA’s) as well as Mortgage and Credit Brokers
