Previously working in the City of London and for various finance companies, Adam moved into the world of commercial mortgages and specialist funding.
With his infectious personality, Adam is a people person and has gleaned a fantastic reputation over the last few years with Pure Funding Solutions, brokers, customers and lending partners.
Adam recently welcomed his first child into the world which is a great distraction from his pain at being a lifelong Crystal Palace Fan.

Danny Churchill, as you can see from the ever-increasing silver streaks has a wealth and experience in the mortgage and property market spanning over 30 years.
Having previously worked for many well-known Banks and specialist lenders, Danny was one of the original founders of Commercial 1 Ltd and Pure Funding Solutions. A well respected and thought after Commercial and Specialist Finance Broker established in 2003.
Pure Funding Solutions continue to look after its many loyal brokers and introducers with Danny helping to cultivate new business opportunities with many local property and investment customers.
In his down time, Danny is a family man and juggles home life with his second love of sports. A keen golfer, playing to a very reasonable handicap of 18 and a long-suffering Spurs Fan.

Donna has been a valid member of Pure Funding for many years. Giving administrative support to The Directors and both the sales and underwriting team.
She has worked in a variety of industries over the years but has now settled firmly into the dizzy world of finance.
Her friendly personality and positive attitude has made her a very popular member of staff with her colleagues and our customers alike.
Donna is always up for a laugh and insists upon singing along to every song on the radio. A proud Chelsea fan – up the blues, which is strange as she is a proud South East London girl, now nicknamed The Chislehurst Queen!
Ian is one of our Senior Underwriters and is an integral part of the PFS team where his tenacity and can-do attitude is second to none. He previously cut his teeth at Platform Home Loans and has over 20 years underwriting experience in the specialist lending, commercial, bridging and development finance sector.
Ian manages a large pipeline and is responsible for underwriting and assessing a wide range of loan documentation, including valuation reports, to liaising with solicitors, investors, brokers and of course our valued customers.
Ian is a valued member of the team and his deep understanding of the underwriting process is vital in the ever changing funding landscape.
Because of this, the directors will forgive his choice of football team, the red side of North London.
Donna Robins is one of our senior underwriters with over 30 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, having worked initially for an estate agent, her love of property transactions took her on to a well-known building society and then on to a specialist mortgage lender, gaining a managerial role in their underwriting department.
With her reputation as a highly experienced, yet approachable and pragmatic underwriting manager, she is a relaxed and very likeable person with years of industry experience.
Donna has a very calm manor, is very rarely flustered and these strong attributes are exactly what is required in the dynamic and evolving world of property finance
Married with a teenage daughter, in her down time Donna, also known as Judith Chalmers, loves to travel, having visited every corner of the globe, even in a pandemic she made it to Thailand and Turkey! Due to her husband’s love of Crystal Palace she supports director Adam in the CPFC camp.
